Are sessions in person or telehealth?

I offer in-person appointments in Durham and telehealth appointments for folks throughout North Carolina.

What are your fees?

Initial Intake Session: $200
Individual Therapy Session: $175

Do you take insurance?

Yes! I am in network with Aetna, including the State Health Plan. I am also in the process of working with Blue Cross Blue Shield to be in-network for their plans. I work with all other insurance companies, and currently with Blue Cross Blue Shield, on an out-of-network basis. This means that you are responsible for the session fee at the time of service, and I will provide you with a superbill to submit to insurance and they will reimburse you a percentage of the fee based on your plan.

What if you don’t take my insurance and I can’t afford your fee?

I have a limited number of sliding scale appointments available through Open Path. When you reach out, let me know you plan to use Open Path and I will help you register through their site.

What if I’m not sure about starting therapy with you?
